We at EOI are thrilled to welcome Jayanthi Ragubathi, EOI’s next Development Director!
Jayanthi Ragubathi (she/her) brings with her a unique background in policy, fundraising leadership, and economic justice that we know will strengthen EOI’s work. Jayanthi holds a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University. She has previously led development and communications at WestSide Baby, supported fundraising and communication strategies at Catholic Community Services of Western Washington, and advocated for equitable tax policies at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
Help us welcome Jayanthi to our team!

Melanie will remain connected with EOI through the end of the year in a contract role while beginning graduate school at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance.
